Five tips from PM Modi for students to tackle exam anxiety

In his first ‘Mann Ki Baat’ of 2017, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed students of Class X and Class XII appearing in the board examinations this year. The speech encouraged and uplifted the spirit of the students in five takeaway tips: 1) “Smile more, score more,” said the PM encouraging students to be relaxed and not panic for exams; 2) “The exams are a test of this year, not of a lifetime”; 3) “Create a festive environment”, the PM urged parents; 4) “Don’t cheat”, he warned students; 5) “Take proper rest, get adequate sleep and physical activity and take breaks during study hours,” advised the PM. The PM concluded the session by wishing the students well for their examinations.
